Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a company that processes data on Lift Right’s behalf in order to deliver the service. This page lists every one.

Customers receive 30 days notice before a new subprocessor starts.

Every subprocessor is a United States company and stores customer data there. Anthropic’s model processing may run in another country. None of them uses customer data to train models.

The list

Supabase, Inc. Database, authentication, and file storage. Receives all customer data. United States.

Vercel, Inc. Application hosting and delivery. Receives data in transit and request logs. United States.

Anthropic, PBC The AI features. Some send case note text with the participant’s name, email and phone removed. Stored data stays in the United States; model processing may run in another country.

Resend, Inc. Transactional email such as invitations and alerts. Receives the recipient’s email address and the message content. United States.

Stripe, Inc. Subscription billing. Receives billing contact and payment details. No participant data. United States.

Notes on two of them

Anthropic provides the in-application assistant. The assistant has no route to participant records at all, rather than a restricted one. Anthropic does not use this content to train its models, deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days, may hold content its usage policy classifiers flag for up to 2 years, and may hold submitted feedback for up to 10 years. The assistant can be disabled for an organization on request.

Stripe receives billing information only. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach Lift Right systems.

Not subprocessors

The product looks up information in two public government sources. Data flows inward. Nothing about a customer or a participant is sent to them.

CareerOneStop, operated by the U.S. Department of Labor. Search terms only, such as occupation and location. Its data is displayed with the attribution its terms require.

findtreatment.gov, operated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Search terms only, such as location.

This site and the application load their typeface from Google’s font service. That means a visitor’s internet protocol address and browser details reach Google when a page loads. No data about the visit is sent, and no cookie is set by Lift Right for it. This site, not the application, also uses Google Analytics to count visits; the privacy policy describes it. It is listed here because a reviewer will see the request and ask.
