Pricing questions
Do you charge per participant?
No. Participant accounts are unlimited and free on every plan. Pricing is based only on how many staff members use the system. There is no cap on how many people your organization serves and no charge that grows with your caseload.
Is AI included?
Yes. Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance for award letter reading, funder report drafts, case note drafts and the other AI features. If your team uses it all, more can be added.
Who counts as staff?
Anyone who needs a login. Caseworkers, supervisors, administrators, and volunteers who enter data all count. Board members, funders, and anyone who only receives a report do not, because they do not need an account. Within your band you can add as many logins as you like at no extra cost.
What happens if we grow past our staff band?
Each staff user above your plan’s included number is $35 a month ($350 a year on annual), billed when they are added. When the next plan costs the same or less, we move you to it automatically. Nobody gets locked out mid-month for hiring someone, and there is no penalty rate.
What does onboarding cost?
Guided onboarding on Agency is free when you start by December 31, 2026 or choose annual billing, then $750 one time. Starter and Team have no onboarding fee.
Does the Early Access discount apply to annual billing?
Yes. On monthly billing you get 50% off your first 12 monthly payments. On annual billing you get 50% off your first year, on top of the 2 months free. Renewals are at the regular price.
Can we pay for this with grant funds?
In most cases yes. Case management software is generally an allowable cost on federal and foundation awards, either as a direct program cost or through your indirect cost rate. Confirm with your grant officer, since terms vary by award.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no minimum term. Your first charge covers the days until the 1st of the next month, and after that billing runs on the 1st of each month. Cancel anytime, and your plan stays active through the end of the month you’ve paid for, with no further charges. Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months at two months free, and can start any month, with the first term prorated so renewal lands on your grant year.
How are participant records protected?
Our Security page sets out who can see a record, how Lift Right support gets access, what we never collect and how AI is used.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Participant records, service history, assessments, and reports export to CSV and XLSX at any time, on every plan. Difficulty getting data out is one of the most common complaints about this category and it is not something we intend to be accused of.
